Telegram has released a new update for its app on both Android and iOS that allows Telegram Channels to broadcast from streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit Broadcaster. The update also introduce a new download manager for media, a redesigned attachment menu, a semi-transparent interface on Android that works in night mode, and much more.
