Apple to Allow Universal Purchases for iOS, macOS Apps

Apple has stated that it is allowing app developers to distribute their iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and tvOS apps as a universal purchase. The change is already a part of Xcode 11.4 beta, though it will be available to all developers starting March 2020.
