Global PC shipments continued to grow with 75.6 million units shipped in the first quarter of 2021, according to a report by research firm Counterpoint. The shipments grew 45 percent year-on-year with Lenovo retaining its market leadership with a 24 percent share. However, the global chip shortage is predicted to continue to affect the PC market worldwide.
